Allison's place was as we expected, no disappointments. We liked being able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We liked the outdoor showers where we were able to shower off the sand and ocean salt before going inside the space. The area is quiet, residential with the beach just a short, easy walk. I highly recommend this listing and would stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you, Allison. We left with a few obligatory shells and many wonderful memories!

Allison was a very sweet & responsive host. The Pearl Suite was a cute, spacious, & cozy place for me & my family of 5. We loved that it was literally only a 2 minute walk from the beach & the deck gave us a good view of the sunrise & sunset daily. The outside showers were super convenient for after the beach, allowing us to rinse ourselves to preventing us from tracking sand inside. I definitely recommend staying here & look forward to booking again!

We loved our stay at Allison‘s place. We went with another couple. We just had the weekend having two bedrooms two baths and a nice clean space was terrific. It was literally about 200 feet across the road to the beach at most.. would definitely stay again. Allison answered our questions really promptly can’t say enough about what a good time we had.

Our stay was more than we could have ever expected! The property was amazing, the beach was so close it only took maybe a 2 min walk until our feet were in the sand. Everything was as described, the property was perfect. One of the best features was the private outdoor shower that provided hot water following many trips to the beach. Allison was an amazing host and we look forward to her property being our go to property for future visits. We fell in love with this place, the location is perfect and very quiet. The beach access allows for a less crowded atmosphere. Thank you Allison for having us, hope to visit again soon!

This place was super cute! It was very convenient getting to the beach and had no problem carrying food and gear there. The bathrooms were also clean and had plenty of towels. I stayed with my friend so we each took one bathroom and bedroom, but more people/multiple couples could definitely stay here.

We had a great stay! The house was very nice and clean and very close to the beach. Everything listed was spot on and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Absolutely recommend this place!

Wonderful peaceful place for a weekend getaway. Easy check in and out with prompt communication from owner. The beach is a two minutes walk from the house so perfect for family with kids and older family members who can’t trek too far. Restaurants are a little drive away (between 10-20 mins depending on your preference) but all are great. Will definitely rebook when we come back to North Top Sail.

Our vacation plans changed very last minute but we were luckily able to find this place. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the home and the close distance to the beach! The home was very clean and there was an adorable outdoor area with a porch swing and corn hole. Allison was extremely friendly and helpful. She also responded to my messages very quickly which stand out from most other hosts. We will definitely be returning for our next beach trip.

This was a great last minute find for Labor Day weekend. An easy walk to a beach that wasn’t over crowded! The tiki bar down the road offered lots of entertainment as well. Would book again!
