Welcome to our laid-back second-floor beach rental, just 200 feet from a public beach access. Inside, you’ll find two queen bedrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. Outside, the large deck gives you plenty of room to relax and enjoy partial ocean views. Located on a quieter, more residential stretch of the island, it’s a comfortable home base for beach days and time together.

This is our second-floor beach rental, located just 200 feet from a public beach access. The spacious wraparound deck offers partial ocean views and plenty of space to enjoy the coastal breeze, morning coffee, or time together after a day at the beach. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a memory foam queen bed, along with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room also has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. During the summer of 2026, the space was refreshed with new living room furniture, new linens and a new ceiling fan. Improvements have also been made to cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the property. Throughout the unit, you’ll find a bright, airy coastal feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces to relax. Beach towels and a selection of board games are also available during your stay.

Other Details to Note

This is a second-floor unit and requires stairs to access the entrance. The unit can accommodate up to six guests. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and the additional sleeping space is a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. Please keep this setup in mind when deciding if the space will be comfortable for your group. The first floor is a separate vacation rental. Because guests may be staying below you, we ask that you be mindful of noise, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM.

The entrance to the unit is located up the stairs and around the back of the building. Walk past the sliding glass door until you reach the single door with a screen door and keypad.

Guest Access

INDOOR SPACE: You’ll have private access to the entire second-floor unit, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the full kitchen, living area, and dining space. OUTDOOR SPACE: You’ll have private access to the expansive wraparound deck. The two outdoor showers and beach closet are shared with guests staying in the first-floor unit. The first-floor unit is a separate rental with its own private entrance and backyard. If you’re traveling with a larger group, both units may be available to rent together.
