Welcome to our casual coastal home, just 200 feet from a public beach access. Tucked between the ocean and the waterway, it’s a simple setup for beach days and relaxing nights, with room to sleep, cook, rest, and recharge between days by the water. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a twin-over-twin bunk room, a sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The backyard gives you another place to hang out, while the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off sandy feet and beach gear after a day by the water. During the summer of 2026, we refreshed the space with new living room furniture, new linens and beach towels, and updates to the bathrooms. We’ve also continued making improvements to cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the property. The surrounding area is quieter and more residential than the busier parts of the island. Restaurants, groceries, and most shopping are about 25–30 minutes away, making this a good fit if you don’t mind a drive in exchange for a more laid-back stretch of the island. You’re welcome to explore our outdoor beach closet and use any chairs, umbrellas, or other beach gear available during your stay. Beach items can wear quickly throughout the season, so the selection may vary from stay to stay. The first-floor setup means that after a long day at the beach, there’s no hauling beach wagons, coolers, fishing gear, groceries, or tired kids up a flight of stairs. Traveling with a larger group? The upstairs unit may also be available to rent separately. Feel free to reach out to us about availability for both units. Please keep in mind that this is a first-floor rental in a multi-unit property, with another vacation rental directly above. Footsteps and normal everyday activity from upstairs guests may be heard inside the unit. Parties and amplified music are not permitted.
